Confirm how many colors of the customer’s labels, checking the structure of the flexo printing machine according to the materials.
Then choose the width of the machine according to the size of the customer's material, and confirm whether it is printed with water ink or UV ink.
Whether the customer's labels need other processes, such as: cold foil, screen printing, multi-layer laminating, varnishing, die-cutting in sheet, slitting and so on.
Our printing accuracy can be ±0.1mm. Customers can choose the thickness of the plate according to their needs (1.7mm or 1.14mm) The thickness of the double-sided adhesive is 0.38mm. We can make samples for customers according to their finished products.
Confirm the width of the machine firstly, choosing additional functions, such as: Hot stamping and laminating（flatbed die cutting machine), cutting in sheet, etc. Two structures of unwinding diameter (rotary die cutting machine): 600mm and 1000mm.
Confirm the maximum width of the customer's material before selecting the width of the machine.
Rewinding: Turret rewinding or twins rewinding (customers can choose one of the rewinding mode according to their needs).
Confirm the unwinding diameter: 1000mm or 600mm.
